If you want to talk about something classic and you can keep in your wardrobe for ever it's stripes! Yes trends come and go but stripes are a staple and are always in style even with the saturated trend is long gone for the season. When I think about stieps I thnk about my grandma and how she always was such a classic lady. She always had her hair done, her silk button ups on and red lip stick always on her lips. She avidly wore stripes and I loved it. My favorite type of stripe is vertical and time after time shows that they are here to stay in the mens fashion world. You can date stripes back to the 20's and 50's (my favorite eras) when the work force and fashion collided. I would kill for a pin stripe suit...one day.
